I must start by saying that this is not my first blogging experience.. I keep another blog about my experience on living around the world. But that's just for my friends. I don't plan to market it or have no intention in reaching a large audience with it. That is why, when confronted with an assignment for one of my courses where i had to create a blog about something i am passionate about i started thinking. I thought about writing on history, politics, the economy maybe. But then i realized it.. why not keep it simple and write about something i am really good at? The fact that i watch a lot of bad TV finally pays off. So many hours wasted watching TV shows can finally be put to good use. I am not saying i am an expert on TV, but i definitely can have an objective and critical opinion on this matter.
For me, TV shows are more than just a hobby. They help me relax, unwind and some even give me inspiration. The good ones, the ones that I am going to talk about here, made such an impression on me that i even watched them multiple times. Especially if I find a character that I can relate to. And I did. In more than one show. I find details and traits that resemble me. And that just makes me keep on watching. Because i am sure that everyone else is like me, and everyone loves finding him or herself in a character, I have decided to tell a story about my favourite shows. If you are looking for a formal description of the show, details about the cast or the awards they won than you are in the wrong place. I want to tell a simple story about my favourite shows and characters, so that everyone can fall in love with them as I did....
